As part of the implementation of the Child Safeguarding Policy, is should be noted that the Grants and Reporting Manager position doesn’t include any direct contact with children neither with any personal data about children (Level 0).
Reporting to the Program Coordinator, the Grant & Reporting Manager will be responsible for the Mission's Program Activities Implementation.
Your main responsibilities will be as follows (non-exhaustive and subject to change):
Lead the full proposal development process, coordinating with all departments, consolidating technical inputs, ensuring compliance with donor requirements, and supporting final submission packages ;
Oversee grants management throughout the project cycle, ensuring timely and high-quality reporting, managing amendments and compliance issues, and maintaining accurate grant documentation and internal trackers ;
Support fundraising efforts and donor engagement, including donor mapping, preparation of briefing materials, liaison with donor representatives, and facilitation of donor visits in coordination with the Head of Mission and Program Coordinator ;
Manage and strengthen capacities of the Grants & Reporting team, supervising the national Grants & Reporting Officer, delivering internal trainings on donor/organizational guidelines, and contributing to lessons-learned processes ;
Contribute to strategic planning and internal coordination, ensuring alignment with SIF’s country strategy, supporting inter-departmental information flow, and upholding organizational standards and compliance frameworks.
Minimum Experience : At least 2 year's of experience in Project Proposal, Program Development and Reporting and Grant Management in an INGO ;
Good knowledge of donor rules, regulations, and procedures including but not limited to UN agencies, and European donors and US EU funding mechanisms ;
·Proven past managerial experience ;
Very good organisational skills, anticipation, respect of planning and deadlines ;
Very good writing skills in English, attention to details ;
Knowledge of the context of Middle East is an asset.

· Rapatriation insurance (100% covered by SIF)
· R&R to your home country covered by SIF after 6 months of mission.
